This workshop will help you to evolve from where you are now to where you want to be, clarify what you need, what matters and whats important and to transform your thoughts and ideas into actions and opportunities to take you in the direction of more confidence and joy

Do you ever wonder what stops you from being confident and going for what you want, listening to your inner voice and giving yourself permission to do and be what you love? Have more work life balance and create a sense of purpose and satisfaction?

Mostly the excuses you make to stop yourself,  the thoughts, ideas and judgements you have about yourself, the things you do when you come across a bump in the road, and the should's and shouldnt's from others .... 

I call it "all that shit".......

"i'll do it when..", "I'm not good enough", "too late, too old, to thin", "not enough money", "you should".....blah blah blah.. fill in the blank... what's yours?  How can you listen to yourself with all that going on, the repetitive words and thoughts....It's easy to lose your optimism,  and motivation.... give up,  say this isn't for me, I made a mistake, I don't think this is right and float on to the next thing...It is often easier to know what we don't want, then what we do and even if we do, we can lack confidence to go for it or express it to those around us.

So what's the answer? Return to Calm.  In the calm we learn to stop judging ourselves, get to know ourselves and readjust our thoughts to work for us and not agains us.

We become calm and confident that we can handle life, allow ourselves to feel good and make the right decisions..Over the last 7 years I have developed a 12 step highly effective concept that is based on different life principles, emotional intelligence and brain science, with everyday life tools to turn your thoughts around and get rid of the things you think are stopping you creating more joy.
